Responsibility
Discuss design content and details with head designer
Determine suitable fabric requirement and materials for projects
Handle client fitting and follow up process
Document and preserve all illustrations, patterns, and design layout for future reference
Manage the design process from start to finish
Must be able to work without supervision
Must be proactive and detail oriented
Quality control
Must be able to communicate effectively with the team members
Researching and giving creative guidelines for excellent garment production
Monitoring production process and implementing quality control measures
Supervising and motivating a team of workers to meet specifications and deadlines
