Our client is an iconic Nigerian Fashion Design brand specializing in premium African apparel for the global elite class.
The company is looking to hire a Customer Service/Order Fulfilment Associate who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day customer experience functions of the business by engaging with physical and virtual clients, processing and confirming orders, supporting logistics, and assisting with visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Support:
§ Serve as the first point of contact for customers in-store, online, and across digital communication channels
§ Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, complaints, and feedback from clients
§ Provide accurate information on products, pricing, availability, sizing, and order status
§ Follow up on communication, brand representation, updates, delays, order discrepancies, and customer concerns
§ Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of operations and customer experience
Order Fulfillment:
§ Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and confirming purchase details
§ Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivery
§ Track/ Monitor orders and coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
§ Support quality control checks to ensure garments meet brand specifications before dispatch
Visual Merchandising:
§ Assist in maintaining attractive product displays and supporting visual merchandising standards across the showroom or retail space
§ Maintain accurate stock levels of Ready-to-Wear (RTW) items
Logistical Support:
§ Receive and inspect incoming client fabrics, coordinate shipments, and manage deliveries with third-party logistics partners. Ensure all packaging meets brand standards
Reporting & Analysis:
§ Maintain proper records of customer interactions, orders, and service issues
§ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, order status, and operational performance
Required Skills and Competencies:
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
§ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
§ Good organizational ability and attention to detail
§ Strong time management skills
§ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
§ Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
§ Basic knowledge of order processing, logistics coordination, and retail presentation
§ Experience with ERP Systems, data analysis tools, Microsoft Office, and inventory/order management systems
Qualifications & Experience:
§ OND, HND, or Bachelorâs degree in any relevant field
§ 1â3 years of experience in customer service, fashion retail, sales support, logistics coordination, or related functions is an advantage
§ Experience in a fashion environment is desirable
§ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, ERP Systems, data analysis tools, and digital communication is an added advantage
Compensation: Pay is N200k to N250k monthly (Slightly negotiable) + Other benefits
