Overview:
We are seeking Demo Technicians to provide an exceptional user and customer experience at the
Experience Centre. As a Demo Technician, you will be responsible for demonstrating the Centre’s
cutting-edge technology solutions to clients, partners, and visitors, ensuring that every demonstration is both
informative and engaging. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology and a passion for
customer interaction, working closely with the technology team to ensure that demos are always running
smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, configure, and demonstrate technology solutions and products to customers, partners, and
visitors at the Experience Centre.
• Ensure that all demonstrations run seamlessly, providing technical explanations and answering any
customer questions.
• Collaborate with the technology team to ensure that demo setups are up-to-date and in line with the
latest technological advancements.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the tech team, relaying any customer feedback or technical
issues that arise during demonstrations.
• Assist in training customers on how to use the products and services demonstrated, providing expert
knowledge and technical support when necessary.
• Ensure that all demo equipment and technology is maintained and operational at all times.
• Provide support for customer onboarding with new technology solutions, ensuring they understand
the full capabilities of the products and services.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and innovations to improve the customer experience.


Requirements

Key Requirements:
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical support, demo, or customer-facing tech role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple
terms.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, and hardware setup.
• Experience in delivering product demonstrations or technical training is highly desirable.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on the fly and think quickly under pressure.
• Passionate about technology and customer service.
Qualifications:
• Academic: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Professional: Experience in technical support or customer-facing roles in a tech company is a plus.
