- Electrical Systems: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted power supply to machinery and equipment.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical and instrumentation systems, including switches, motors, control panels, and sensors, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
- Instrumentation: Calibrate, repair, and maintain various instrumentation devices such as sensors, meters, and controllers. Ensure accurate measurement and control of process variables.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to electrical and instrumentation emergencies, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems. Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to electrical safety protocols and regulations. Conduct safety assessments and implement measures to prevent electrical hazards.
- Housekeeping and GMP: Maintain clean and organized work areas, following established housekeeping protocols and GMP guidelines. Properly handle and dispose of electrical and instrumentation-related waste materials.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, calibration procedures, and inventory. Prepare accurate reports and documentation as required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and external vendors for specialized repairs and equipment upgrades. Provide technical support and training to other staff members as needed.
Technical Requirements.
- Motors, water pumps, chillers, compressor, dehumidifiers, VFDs, and conveyors.
- Understanding of star and delta circuits.
- Knowledge of circuit reading, and understanding will be advantage.
- Experience with both low-pressure pneumatic and high-pressure hydraulic systems advantage.
- Strong experience in high-capacity blow moulding operations is highly preferred.
- Other requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operating in high-capacity blow moulding operations.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Ability to conduct precise quality checks, maintain accurate records, adjust processing parameters, and ensure cleanliness in the processing area, meeting GMP cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report operational status effectively.
