The key purpose: The main purpose of the job is to provide Leadership to ensure flawless execution of brand strategies and plans to deliver brand KPIsincluding brand equity and share, Digital & events KPIs. Earned Media, Influencers ROI, Digital excellence dashboard and Events ROI. 

Key outputs and responsibilities:​

  • Responsible for providing effective oversight for event set up and staff management, as well as working closely with sales managers and company clients to achieve memorable and successful events.

  • Responsible for the planning, execution, and overall management of events. They work with clients to determine event goals and objectives, develop budgets, secure venues and vendors, create timelines, coordinate logistics, manage staff and volunteers, and ensure that events run smoothly. Event coordinators also often handle post-event responsibilities such as evaluating event success and preparing reports.

  • Cold beer availability in all serviced cooler outlets and all functions.

  • Support all outdoor and indoor events by providing cold executions and branding of the events venue

  • Ensuring brand prominence at the shelf– creating brand recall opportunities for the consumers.

  • Price tracking basis competition benchmarking at regional level.

  • Drive effective shelf share by ensuring product promoters do a good job showcasing the product and the brand in right imagery

  • Co create brand plans for all year-round brand Plug in event and Execution with the marketing team

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant
  • Event Management/marketing experience 
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications i.e.
  • (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
