We are hiring a creative and organized Event Manager to lead brand activations and customer engagement events for our restaurant and food business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing in\-store events, food fairs, product launches, and community activations that strengthen brand visibility and customer loyalty.

- Plan and manage restaurant activations, themed events, product tastings, and customer appreciation programs.
<\/span><\/li>- Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to design events that increase foot traffic and brand engagement.
<\/span><\/li>- Manage budgets, vendors, logistics, and timelines for all event activities.
<\/span><\/li>- Develop event concepts and promotional materials consistent with brand image.
<\/span><\/li>- Coordinate staff participation, entertainment, and setup during events.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure each event delivers an exceptional customer experience and meets marketing objectives.
<\/span><\/li>- Track and report event outcomes, customer feedback, and ROI metrics.

Person Specification<\/b>
<\/div>- Bachelorâs Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or Event Management.
<\/span><\/li>- 3â5 yearsâ experience managing events in the restaurant, QSR, or hospitality industry.
<\/span><\/li>- Strong creative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
<\/span><\/li>- Proven experience handling vendors, budgets, and multi\-location logistics.
<\/span><\/li>- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
<\/span><\/li>- Passionate about food, customer engagement, and creating memorable experiences.
