We are seeking a high-impact Head of Business to lead our growth in credit products such as loans and invoice financing, payment solutions and cross-border payments. This role is responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share, and forging strategic partnerships that enhance our position in the financial ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a seasoned business leader with a deep understanding of payment processing, B2B financing, and international transactions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies for growth in payments, acquisition of businesses to offer credit products such as loans and invoice financing, payment solutions and cross-border payments.
Identify and establish partnerships with banks, fintechs, merchants, and global payment providers.
Lead sales and business development efforts to scale transaction volumes and increase revenue.
Drive adoption of payment solutions by onboarding enterprises, SMEs, and high-value customers.
Oversee invoice financing strategies, ensuring businesses can access seamless credit solutions.
Optimize cross-border payment processes, reducing friction and enhancing transaction efficiency.
Collaborate with product, compliance, and risk teams to create seamless, secure financial solutions.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, adapting strategies to stay competitive.
Analyze market data and key business metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Represent the company at industry events, forums, and strategic networking opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy within fintech or financial services.
Strong expertise in payments, invoice financing, and cross-border transactions.
Proven success in scaling financial products and driving revenue growth.
Experience in negotiating high-value partnerships with financial institutions and payment providers.
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing payments and financing.
Proficiency in CRM tools, business intelligence software, and Google Suite.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data insights.
