Main tasks will include but are not limited to the following:
Safety Focus: Actively participate in using all on-the-job safety tools to ensure the safe execution of tasks. Follow safety protocols rigorously and identify potential safety issues before they occur.
Job Pack Review: Thoroughly review job packs to ensure that all necessary resources, materials, and permits are available.
Safety Issue Identification: Identify any safety issues associated with the job and take necessary actions to mitigate them before proceeding with work.
Task Execution: Execute maintenance work according to the established plans and procedures, ensuring that quality standards are met.
Technical Recording: Maintain detailed records of work completed, including updates in the Global Reliability Tool (GRT) or other required documentation systems.
Feedback on Improvement: Provide feedback on job packs to the Execution FLS (Field Leader Supervisor) to identify areas for improvement and optimize future job planning.
Permit Request and Coordination: Request permits and inform the supervisor if a permit cannot be issued within 30 minutes of the requested time, ensuring no delays in task execution.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in (or equivalent qualification) in a related discipline (such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant field).
Professional Qualification:
Discipline-appropriate certifications (e.g., relevant technical training or professional qualifications) or equivalent professional experience in maintenance or related fields.
