Our client is an iconic Nigerian Fashion Design brand specializing in premium African apparel for the global elite class.

 

The company is looking to hire a skilled Operations Associate who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the business to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across production, inventory, merchandising, and administrative functions. This position will support key functions and play a vital part in coordinating internal processes; production workflow, inventory management, and visual merchandising, and also ensure that the brand’s service and presentation standards are maintained at all times.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Production Workflow:

§  Support the planning, tracking, and coordination of production workflow from order confirmation to final delivery

§  Assist in organizing production schedules and communicating priorities across teams

§  Support quality control checks to ensure garments meet brand specifications before dispatch

§  Process and manage the rental of garments and accessories

§  Oversee activities of customer service, production, and finishing teams

 

Inventory Management:

§  Ensure required inventory materials are in stock in advance of production

§  Coordinate the movement of garments, materials, and supplies between departments, vendors, and delivery points

 

Visual Merchandising:

§  Assist in creating attractive product displays and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor

§  Maintain accurate stock levels of Ready-to-Wear (RTW) items and conduct regular audits

 

Reporting and Analysis:

§  Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, order status, and operational performance

 

Others:

§  Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operational workspace

§  Support administrative tasks and reporting as required by the Head of Operations



Requirements

Key Competencies:

§  Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach

§  Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

§  Good communication and teamwork skills

§  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

§  Professional presentation and a good eye for visual display

 

Qualifications

§  Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion, Operations, or a related field

§  1–3 years of experience in fashion operations, retail, inventory management, or production support is an advantage

§  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, ERP Systems, data analysis tools, and inventory/order management systems is an added advantage

§  Experience in operations, fashion, or creative industry is an advantage



Benefits

Compensation: Pay is N200k to N250k monthly (Slightly negotiable) + Other benefits
