Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles and trucks for damage and determine the necessary repairs.
- Remove damaged panels and components using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Repair or replace damaged body panels, ensuring proper alignment, fit, and finish.
- Apply body filler and sand surfaces to prepare them for painting and restore the vehicle’s appearance.
- Collaborate with other team members, including spray painters and mechanics, to deliver high-quality, timely repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and workshop procedures during repair processes.
Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Panel Beater in an automotive repair environment.
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment related to bodywork repairs.
- Strong knowledge of automotive bodywork techniques and materials.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
