Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

The Pharmacy Technician supports the pharmacist in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy by assisting with medication dispensing, inventory management, prescription processing, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications accurately.
  
• Process prescriptions and maintain accurate patient and inventory records.
  
• Monitor inventory levels, receive stock, and report low or expired items.
  
• Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organized, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  
• Provide courteous customer service and support daily pharmacy operations.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Pharmacy Technician or a related field.
  
• Valid registration/license with the appropriate regulatory body.
  
• 1-3 years of relevant pharmacy experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of medication handling, prescriptions and inventory management.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy management systems is an added advantage.
  
• Preferbaly a male.
  
• Preferbaly a Christain and Non-Yoruba.
