DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify, onboard, and manage top-tier fashion and lifestyle merchants (apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty products, etc.).
2. Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with vendors, focusing on growth, retention, and category competitiveness.
3. Analyze vendor performance, sales data, and market trends to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
4. Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to execute campaigns and ensure optimal merchant visibility on the platform.
5. Support the implementation of sales strategies and category expansion plans aligned with Payarena Mall's business goals.
6. Ensure merchants meet SLAs on product availability, fulfillment, and customer service.
7. Resolve merchant issues promptly and maintain accurate records of engagements and agreements.
8. Act as a liaison between merchants and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and platform usage.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in vendor relationship management, fashion retail, or ecommerce. Post NYSC experience.
