Description
Our client, a health and wellness company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client's customer base. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, showcasing our products. You will be expected to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through closing deals, while employing various strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market trends.
Requirements
- 3-5 years sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quota, preferably in the health & wellness space or selling to HNIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong work ethic.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Benefits
Base salary - 300,000 monthly
