Senior Mechanical Engineer (PVC Manufacturing)

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of PVC shoe manufacturing equipment.
  
• Supervise engineers and technicians to ensure efficient operations.
  
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
  
• Troubleshoot machinery issues to minimize downtime.
  
• Monitor performance data and recommend engineering improvements.
  
• Train and mentor junior engineering staff.
  

• Enforce safety and compliance standards.
  

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering.
  
• 15–20 years of relevant experience, with proven expertise in PVC footwear manufacturing.
  
• Strong hands-on knowledge of injection molding machines and industrial mechanical systems.
  
• Leadership experience in a factory or production environment.
  

• Problem-solving mindset and excellent organizational skills.
