Achievement of Student conversions target for the division
Plan, develop, execute, and drive conversion strategies for all destinations in coordination with Directors of the department
Collaborate with Destination Leads and the respective regional teams to implement forecasting methodologies and processes to achieve accurate, timely pipeline forecasts
Overall management of conversion pipeline in coordination with regional teams
Intake wise pipeline management & strategic implementation for conversions of offer letters till enrollment for all destinations
Liaison with university partners and understand the requirements for respective destinations to achieve conversions.
Regularly develop & share information critical for students’ conversion with recruitment partners.
Regular review of team performance and provide timely feedback to the team to deliver high performance always.
Train, develop, manage and motivate team members as and when required.
Maintain regular reports on the tasks and activities assigned to team members in CRM
Requirements
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree and MBA or equivalent degree is preferable
More than 6 years of experience into international student recruitment and understanding of the challenges within this industry
Prior experience of minimum 4 years in team handling and team management
In-depth knowledge & understanding of at-least one destination’s end to end admissions process.
Experience in developing business plans and has skill sets to monitor, review and report on progress
Detailed oriented, highly organized, proactive and enjoy problem solving.
Prior experience of working in a target driven environment with a proven record of successfully meeting/exceeding annual targets as individual and as team
Ability to work productively within a team environment as well as independently
Conscientious with a strong desire to see things through to completion
Strong desire for continuous personal development
Good quality senior and long-standing industry relationships
