UX writer

Job Responsibilities:

• Write concise, engaging, and user-friendly content for UI components, microcopy, error messages, onboarding flows, tooltips, and other digital experiences.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Maintain and contribute to content style guides and voice & tone guidelines.
• Conduct research to understand user needs and refine content accordingly.
• Work with localization teams to ensure content consistency across different languages.
• Test and iterate on content based on user feedback and usability studies.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all content.

Requirements:

•  3 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing samples and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience working in a collaborative product development environment.
• Familiarity with UX principles, usability testing, and design thinking.
• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Notion, Confluence).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
