Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Van Sales Representative to manage a designated route, selling our products to existing and new customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop a designated route, visiting existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Sell products to customers, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
• Process sales orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Promote products, services, and promotions to customers, and provide product demonstrations and training as required.
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to management to inform sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, customer interactions, and inventory management
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
