Electrical Engineer - Paper manufacturing Industry in Nigeria

Reporting to the Plant Head you will be responsible for the maintenance of all electrical equipment installed and running in the paper and corrugated box manufacturing factory.
In addition, you will be responsible for

• Electrical Ulility maintenance
• Preventive maintenance
• minimize Breakdowns
• Repairs

Operation & Maintenance

• Shift Charge (Electrical)
• Operation and Maintenance of Turbo Generator and Transformer L.T. Motors, indoor type substation, PCC & MCC Panels, Generator & transformer Protection Relays.
• Preparation and tabulation of shift & 24hr report which includes power generation and consumption, import and export of power from and to the grid, maintenance work done in shift, etc.
• Preventive Maintenance of all Electrical equipment
• Trouble Shooting and up keeping the Electrical equipment, systems, and protection healthy.
• Planning of Shutdown activities, Manpower needs, and spares.
• Executing specific assignments.
• Parallel Operation of Generator to Grid.
• Operation of DG Set during power failure or blackout.
• Active participation in Periodical Shutdown/General Maintenance/Preventive maintenance Work.
• Operation & handling of PCC/MCC Panels.
• Minimize Plant breakdown and PF improvement.
• Load sharing & shedding during the critical period.
• Maintenance Supervision, troubleshooting breakdown & Improve it.

Candidate Profile:

• Problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with experience in the Manufacturing Industry

Salary TAX-FREE Salary in NRE account 6 to 7.5 Lacks per annum
