We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, highly organized, and capable of managing a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and hygiene.
Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations
• Design and develop innovative menus aligned with the restaurant’s concept
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships
• Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements where necessary
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Experience in menu development and cost control
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is an advantage
