We are currently recruiting for the role of Head Chef on behalf of our client, a growing casual dining restaurant known for serving fresh, flavorful meals in a friendly atmosphere. We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and maintain high culinary standards.
Job Summary:
The Head Chef oversees kitchen operations, menu planning, and food quality while ensuring consistency, hygiene, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and design menus in line with customer preferences and restaurant standards.
Supervise kitchen staff and daily food preparation.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
Manage inventory, supplies, and food cost efficiently.
Enforce hygiene and safety standards.
Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen team performance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Head or Senior Chef in a restaurant.
Excellent culinary and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
