To ensure optimum performance of facilities in the Headquarters building and Management residences all year round.
Ensure maintenance agreements are executed and renewed periodically for all equipments and machinery in the HQ building and Management residence
Monitor and ensure prompt routine and planned maintenance of all equipments and facilities are carried as per the schedule of maintenance
Ensure optimal and satisfactory performance of key facilities in the Corporation buildings e.g lifts, generators, borehole/treatment plants etc.
Ensure timely execution of reported unplanned maintenance faults within reasonable period
Supervision of facilities in the HQ building & Residences
Apply the principles and understanding by preparing a fire safety strategy for commercial building
Carryout relevant negotiations to provide solutions to issues affecting both owners and occupiers of real estate.
First degree(or equivalent) in building Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with basis for Building Services.
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
Membership of relevant professional bodies would be an added advantage (CORBON, COREN)
Additional professional qualifications would be an added advantage
Knowledge of preparation of bill of quality would be an added advantage
Bilingualism(English/French) would be an advantage
National of member states of Africa
Not more than 32 years old.
