- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for cranes, hoists, winches, pumps, compressors, turbines, and rotating machinery.
- Conduct vibration analysis, laser alignment, lubrication management, and load testing.
- Inspect lifting gear in compliance with applicable industry standards.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
- Coordinate OEM representatives and third-party inspectors.
- Maintain CMMS records and spare parts inventory.
- Support commissioning and decommissioning activities.
- Ensure strict HSE and permit-to-work compliance.
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
- Support other maintenance sections as required.
Core Competence
Technical expertise, root cause analysis, leadership, teamwork, high safety consciousness.
- B.Eng/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant certifications (advantage).
- COREN/NSE registration (added advantage).
- 5–8 years’ experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards for lifting and rotating equipment.
- Proficiency in condition monitoring tools.
